1 oz Barsol Pisco 
1 oz Lavender-Infused Hornitos Reposado 
1 oz Lemon 
.75 oz Demerara Syrup 
1 oz Fever Tree Tonic 
Garnish: english lavender and edible flower 

Build everything but tonic in a shaker, dump and top with tonic 

Taste Profile: 
Tangy, herbal explosion of flowers.  The pear, red apple, red grape, and dried apricot of pisco is a wonderful compliment to a lavender-infused, cilantro, black pepper, and green pepper heavy palate of reposado tequila.  Sweeten it up with some demerara and have fever tree add in some effervescence and bitterness and we have a wonderfully complex warm weather slammer.  Garnish with English lavender and a flower, because pretty.
